Biscuit~the Do-Over Dog is a true dog rescue tale about a stray dog who needed a lot of help and a second chance at life. This story takes you on a journey with Biscuit from kill shelter to a new life as a fully trained service dog. Biscuit’s tale is a short story adapted for children and pre-teens from her original story featured in Rescue Me.

This e-book version of Biscuit’s story is written at the 5th-6th grade reading level and features color photos and maps to engage younger readers throughout the story. It also gently educates children about how and why rescue groups save dogs in shelters. This book is intended to help children and adults develop awareness and sensitivity to the needs of homeless dogs, and to provide a window into the world of rescue.

Rescue Me Seniors

Are you a senior dog lover or guardian? Do stories of seniors being rescued, rehomed and loved to their last days tug on your heartstrings? If so, then Rescue Me Seniors is for you. This book is a compilation of five senior rescue dog stories originally published in Rescue Me. The stories are republished in this edition with updates, additional photos, and senior dog quotes. Rescue Me Seniors also includes sections on basic senior dog care and helping homeless senior dogs (and dogs of all ages) in shelters, rescues and sanctuaries.
